Extractive industry and mining (field development) are the main source of raw materials for real sector of the economy that makes this branch a very important link in the industry of our country. Extractive industry companies - are, first of all, representatives of big business, for which it is problematic enough to respond quickly to changes of the outer environment.
That’s why, first, planning of the organization activity and, second, qualitative selection of contractors for long-term cooperation become crucial. After all, the tendency of outsourcing in the Russian market is more obviously observed now: transfer of non-core divisions to other companies. It has concerned also the mining operations sphere: there are service companies engaged only in drilling, and also junior companies, engaged in search and working out of deposits at an early stage with further sale to profile companies, emerged.
